Shipping policy

Shipments are made by DHL courier and are free throughout Italy. Delivery takes place in 24 working hours with the exception of the islands for which it takes place in 48 hours.

Orders placed on Friday (after 15.00), Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

All products are shipped from our store located in Fano in Italy.

Shipments are traceable and you can view the status of the shipment on the Dhl website.

You can request that the shipment be made to an address other than your personal one, which can be a business address or of another person or indicate a time slot to simplify delivery.

International shipments 

International shipments are made by DHL courier, delivery times are 2/3 days for Europe while 3/5 days for the rest of the world.
The cost of a shipment to Europe varies according to the country (from € 10 to € 30) of destination, while for the rest of the world the cost varies from € 20 to € 40.
All products are shipped from our store located in Fano in Italy.
Orders placed after Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Shipments are traceable and you can view the status of the shipment on the website DHL.
For orders from non-European countries, customs or import fees will be charged by the courier when the package reaches its destination country.
These costs are borne by the recipient.
