Exchanges and Returns:

We accept your replacement or return request with the utmost availability. 
The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
The replacement or return can only be made if the item received has not been used and is in perfect condition (including the original packaging).
In Italy the return shipment is free and takes place with the collection of our DHL courier.

The return request must be made by email.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
